			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A Lower abs Fat Loss exercise video is like gold when you want the proper way to do something<span id="more-68"></span>,this video not only shows you the proper way of doing reverse crunches for the lower abs but also demonstrates how far to extend the legs before the hip flexor muscles(part of the Quadriceps muscle) comes into the picture.</p>
<p>I use this exercise along with bicycles or alternate knee to elbow and  a few others in my abs workout routine,this way i get a good rounded workout while still using lower reps.</p>
